Part Time Controller

Growing and innovative healthcare clinic is looking for a Part Time Controller (25 hours/week)!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• A/P-data entry into Quickbooks
• Roll AP over to bill pay software program
• Reporting-benchmarking/ledger entries
• Vendor relations
• Reconciliation-patient management system
• Work with research funds/process payments to patients
• Allocate funds to appropriate departments
• Monthly financials-running profitability
