    Senior Helpers of Melbourne

    Do you love meeting people, building relationships, and making a difference in your community? Senior Helpers of Melbourne is looking for a warm, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Relations & Sales Representative to help us grow our presence throughout Brevard County.

    This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys networking and connecting with healthcare professionals, but doesn't want a full-time schedule. Whether you're retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for meaningful part-time work, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

    You'll become the face of Senior Helpers by building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physician offices, and senior communities.
    • Build relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
    • Deliver marketing materials, treats, and educational resources.
    • Make follow-up phone calls and emails to referral partners.
    • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events when appropriate.
    • Help identify opportunities to grow referrals throughout Brevard County.
    • Represent Senior Helpers with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm.
    • Keep detailed notes of visits and referral opportunities.

    What We're Looking For

    • Friendly, outgoing personality.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals.
    • Organized and dependable.
    • Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Healthcare, sales, marketing, nursing, or senior care experience is preferred but not required.

    Schedule

    • Part-time.
    • Approximately 20 hours per week.
    • Flexible schedule, primarily Tuesday through Thursday.
    • Daytime hours.

    Compensation

    • Competitive hourly pay.
    • Mileage reimbursement.
