Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and business clientsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visitsPromote fire protection services including fire extinguisher inspections, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and safety compliance servicesConduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsPrepare and present service proposals, pricing quotes, and contractsFollow up with leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clientsCoordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper service deliveryEnsure all sales activities align with applicable fire codes and safety regulations. Previous sales experience preferred (B2B, service, or construction-related sales is a plus)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)Basic understanding of facility services, safety compliance, or construction industry preferred.
