Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal – San Diego, CA

A well-established and respected full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its civil litigation practice group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a collaborative team handling sophisticated litigation matters in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation and administrative support to attorneys
• Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, declarations, and correspondence
• Prepare written discovery, deposition materials, and discovery outlines
• Coordinate subpoenas, depositions, and expert witnesses
• Review and organize employment-related documents
• Maintain case files and electronic documents
• Assist with state and federal court filings, deadlines, and procedures

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience; transportation and/or personal injury experience preferred
• Strong understanding of civil procedure, court procedures, and legal terminology
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Proficiency with legal software such as iManage, Compulaw, Forms Workflow, Westlaw, or comparable platforms
