Description

Job Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) – five (5) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
- Experience dealing with commercial lenders, attorneys, and other parties
- Experience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreements
- Experience in title and survey examination
- Experience conducting commercial closings, including recording and filing in public records
Qualifications
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
