Duties also include knowledge of all liquor, wine, and beer served in the venue and ensuring that knowledge can elevate the guest experience while maximizing beverage sales. Bartenders at all times are to set an example of hospitality and service while assuming full responsibility for day-to-day bar service, maintenance, cleanliness and organization.
