As growth continues, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key projects, serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and oversee all phases of project execution.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify solutions to schedule, budget, and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and project teams while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  • Review contracts, change orders, invoices, and project documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support project strategy, due diligence efforts, and feasibility evaluations during pre-development phases.
  • Mentor junior project management staff and contribute to team development.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience within construction, owner's project management, development management, consulting, or related industries.
  • Experience managing complex commercial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, life sciences, mixed-use, or multifamily projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse project teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, LEED, or similar credentials are a plus.
