Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting customers, and creating new business opportunities?

I’m recruiting for a confidential Outside Sales Representative opportunity with a rapidly growing waste and recycling company in the Baltimore area.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business and build long-term customer relationships
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Manage and grow an active sales territory
• Meet with customers on-site to understand their needs
• Provide customized waste and recycling solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow through from prospect to close

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Motivated by building relationships and winning new business
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, networking, and face-to-face sales
• Self-driven and organized with strong territory-management skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Eager to learn, grow, and make an impact

Waste or recycling industry experience is a plus — but NOT required. The company is open to a motivated sales professional with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in a growing industry.
