Optometric Front Desk Associate:
The secret ingredient of success at River City Vision Center are associates who are highly energetic fun, friendly and personable with great communication skills! We are looking for a personable, friendly, and energetic front desk associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients upon check-in
- Verifying both medical and vision insurance
- Confirming scheduled appointments
- Taking correct copays for patient visits
- Answering the phone to help patients with their needs
- Reading insurance benefits
- Collecting proper patient copays
Experience:- At least 2 years of experience as a front desk associate in optometry or ophthalmology is preferred
- Experience using practice EHR is preferred
- Associate must be detail oriented
- Associate must be willing to travel to other locations if needed
