    Job Title: Operations Specialist (Level I)
    Job Location: Dallas, TX, 75207
    Job Duration: 12 Months

    Job Summary:
    • This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.
    • The position is fully onsite and operates on a Monday Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch).
    • The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS
    • Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
    • Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
    • Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines.

    Required Skills:
    • Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    Physical & Work Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
    • Ability to stand for 2 5 hours per day
    • Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours
