Operations Specialist (Level I)

Responsibilities: Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via overnight couriers. Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours.

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Specialist (Level I) for their Dallas, TX  location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via overnight couriers.
• Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
• Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines

 
Requirements:

• Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for 2–5 hours per day
• Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours
