Operations Specialist

POSITION: Operations Specialist (JP224947)
FULLTIME: 11/9/26 - 11/8/2027 Assignment
LOCATION: Dallas, TX (On site)
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)
PAY RANGE: $15.34/HR, paid weekly

Job Description

This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS
Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines

Required Skills

Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills
Basic computer proficiency
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for 2–5 hours per day
Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
