Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Documentation: High-volume entry of financial information into mainframe and brokerage systems; maintaining precise, clean, and audible case notes for audit trails.
Transaction Coordination: Liaise with front-office personnel to coordinate and track cash and security transfers, asset movements, fund/model changes, liquidations, and account terminations.
Quality Assurance: Review and analyze operational reports and system documents for absolute accuracy, escalating gaps or anomalies to the appropriate teams to mitigate monetary, regulatory, and reputational risk.

We are seeking an operational professional to join our International Wealth and Private Banking (IWPB) Trust Operations team for a high-priority, long-term project. In this role, you will provide critical, project-specific administrative and data-driven support to Trust Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, and Leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional typing accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain clean, comprehensive operational notes in a fast-paced environment. While a background in banking is not required, strong data entry and organizational skills are essential.
