Summary
The Operations and Marketing Assistant must be highly organized and proactive. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent writing and editing skills, organization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working independently without direct supervision.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including schedule meetings, data entry, tracking assignments, and coordinating administrative processes.
  • Maintain and update files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct research and gather information. 
  • Perform office duties: photocopying, scanning, and filing. 
  • Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements. 
  • Assist with logistics for firm meetings, trainings, events, and conferences.
  • Monitor news and social media. 
  • Able to interpret written and verbal instructions with accuracy and follow through to completion without requiring repeated clarification. 
  • Coordinate project timelines, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure successful completion.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments. 
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of presentations, reports, mailings, and other business documents.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
  • Annual Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,000.00 annually
