We are seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support and grow our Lakeland Technical Service Center. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Operations Manager for the right individual.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between customers, service technicians, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Coordinate with service technicians to manage scheduling and workflow
Partner closely with accounting on billing, contracts, and operational efficiency
Support team performance, communication, and overall service delivery
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Strong operations, coordination, or service center experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned
Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Mechanical or technical aptitude, or the ability to learn quickly
Proven ability to take ownership and grow into leadership responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right experience
Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
