Location: Great Neck, NY
Job Type: Full-Time, In Person
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Overview
Established specialty medical practice in Great Neck, NY is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator - Healthcare to support the Director of Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare administrative professional with experience in medical office administration, practice operations, and business support.
Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and practice operations support to the Director of Operations

  • Assist with employee onboarding, personnel files, PTO tracking, timekeeping, and scheduling

  • Support payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping, vendor payments, and purchasing

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, documents, and confidential records

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships

  • Assist with patient scheduling, phones, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations as needed

  • Maintain accurate employee and practice records

  • Assist with basic office technology and equipment troubleshooting

  • Support daily medical office operations and improve administrative workflows

  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare or medical office

  • Experience working in a physician practice or medical practice

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Strong patient-service mindset
  • ADP Workforce or RAMP experience is a plus
