We are seeking a highly-skilled, energetic, and collaborative Assistant Branch Manager to support our fast-growing, PE-backed organization. The role involves assisting with branch administration, training and evaluating employees, preparing reports, daily data entry, and acting as a proxy for the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, process-oriented, and experienced with branch procedures and policies.

Qualifications include an AA Degree or equivalent with a preferred GPA of 3.0+, and at least 6 months to 2 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience, such as working as a DMHR2, MIT, or Assistant Retail Manager.
