Position Overview:
Are you ready to lead data-driven transformation across enterprise systems and operations? As an Operational Analyst, you'll play a strategic role in improving performance, streamlining processes, and driving organizational change through insights, systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this high-visibility role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across UES to deliver actionable analytics, optimize workflows, and support the optimization of our ERP (Deltek Vantagepoint) . You'll take ownership of key initiatives—designing dashboards, identifying inefficiencies, advising on best practices, and ensuring system readiness for regional and enterprise-wide projects.

Qualifications:Travel Requirements:
This position requires moderate travel, approximately up to 25% of the time, in support of business objectives
and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs.
Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in
outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is required
during travel and on-site work.

We are a growing, competitive firm with a strong position and reputation in our industry. We are always looking for ways to provide enhanced services.
