Data Analyst – Entry Level

Location: Orlando, FL 32827
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $22/hr - $24/hr

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a high-performing team in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience working with data, business processes, regulatory operations, and transaction monitoring.

No prior Transaction Monitoring experience is required — training will be provided!

What You'll Do

  • Review, analyze, and validate data across multiple systems and applications.
  • Support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities.
  • Assist with project planning and execution, including coordinating meetings, tracking requests, and maintaining project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across different locations.
  • Review reports and project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
  • Support activities related to data validation, fraud investigations, controls testing, and regulatory risk.
  • Maintain knowledge of established policies, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Assist with developing process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve quality and productivity through technology and AI.
  • Manage multiple assignments while prioritizing competing deadlines.
  • Assist with developing SOPs, training materials, and other process documentation.
  • Work closely with senior team members to identify and resolve project or operational issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
