Job Description:
This role will be focused on scanning primarily. The client has a large amount of files in storage they would like to be digitized. This role will revolve around the scanning process: prep, scan, qc, disposition. Prior experience scanning documents required.
The candidate will be responsible for sorting mail, delivering packages, creating shipments, as well as helping our hoteling team with room checks, office set-ups and shred bin collection. Looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to learn. This role will split time between 2 teams and the candidate must be able to multi-task. They must be able to lift 50 lbs. They will move boxes around mailroom and office floors. Also will push cart with mail/packages/supplies.
Dress Code: Business Casual.
