This position is more focused on the office services side with hospitality as a secondary role. This is a hands-on position; candidate will be assisting with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning; sending out overnight packages and regular mail; may need to assist with conference room setups (food/beverage); coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Personnel should be customer service oriented, experience in the industry or has previously worked at a law firm is a plus. There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking. No special equipment besides the Ricoh copiers.
