INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Office Manager at the IFA Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES:Employee payroll, scheduling, time and attendance management. Conduct performance reviews according to company schedulesActively engaged in Inventory Control program. Continuously improve and maintain DC inventory accuracy by measuring established standards and procedures; making necessary adjustments as needed. Facilitate purchase order vs. vendor invoice price variances in a predetermined measurable amount of time.Must be willing to be flexible with schedule and other duties as assignedPrepare for annual audits and proceduresMonitor and queue up outgoing shipping orders and fix any errors QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with SAP, WMS, Microsoft Office, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred. Must have proven management experience. Associates degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or equivalent work experience.
