Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an Office Manager for a local welding/manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and experienced with QuickBooks Online.Job Responsibilities· Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
· Use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial-related office tasks
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Communicate with employees, management, customers, and vendors as needed
· Assist with HR-related administrative duties
· Use computer systems and office software on a daily basis
· Help keep office operations organized and running efficiently
· Perform other administrative duties as assignedRequirements· QuickBooks Online experience required
· Comfortable and proficient using computers
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Dependable attendance and professional communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is a plus:· Gusto
· Human Resources (HR)
· Welding or manufacturing companies
· Connecteam
· Office management in a production or industrial environmentAdditional Information· Starting pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
