Job Title: Office Manager
Pay: $27/Hr. to $28/Hr.
Hours: 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, alternating Saturdays 8am to 12pm

This is a key role in a close-knit team, supporting a large facility with 700 units, where your dedication and customer service skills will truly shine.

As an Office Manager, youll oversee daily operations, assist customers, and ensure the propertys upkeepall while providing outstanding service. Youll work alongside an assistant to handle a variety of tasks that keep the facility organized, compliant, and welcoming for tenants and visitors alike.

What Youll Do
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

Handling phone, in-person, and online inquiries, converting leads into rentals and sales
Processing leases, payments, and tenant data with storage management software
Assisting customers with retail packaging and carton supplies
Coordinating storage solutions for household and commercial projects
Monitoring local market rates by periodically reviewing the competition
Contacting overdue tenants, issuing notices, and managing collections including late fees and delinquent units
Maintaining detailed tenant records within management software
Preparing lien and auction notices per state regulations
Conducting daily walkthroughs to inspect the facility and document conditions
Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the office, storage areas, and entryways
Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor repairs
Opening and closing the facility daily, managing snow removal when necessary

Quick learner with the ability to navigate storage management and email software efficiently

Experience supervising or coordinating schedules with at least one other team member

Maturity to handle client inquiries and enforce facility rules tactfully
