Job Summary We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. Must be fully proficient in Spanish.
Responsibilities
Staff supervision and accountability
Schedule design and chair utilization
Medicaid no-show management
Production and collection KPIs
Same-day treatment conversion
Credentialing coordination
Payroll and staffing coordination
Patient service standards
Referral and community program management
Manage 6-day per week office
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order
Pay and record invoices
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager, preferably in dental but at least medical
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
