    Schedule for the Office Manager:

    • Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Fridays: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Occasional)

    • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Occasional)

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Office Manager:

    • Minimum of 3 years of dental office management or leadership experience.

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care.

    • Lead, coach, and support the front office and clinical team while fostering a positive workplace culture.

    • Manage patient scheduling, workflow, and office productivity.

    • Monitor accounts receivable, insurance claims, patient collections, and financial reporting.

    • Ensure accurate insurance verification and support treatment acceptance.

    • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.

    • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and practice policies and procedures.

    • Monitor office inventory, vendor relationships, and operational expenses.

    • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
