  • Must be able to multitask and work in high-paced environment - looking for some clinical experience, self-starter attitude, and great customer service skills
  • Work hours will be Monday-Friday 8-4:30 No weekends or Holidays

Overview

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. Role Purpose

Coordinate office operations, check requests, petty cash, report generation and day-to-day office responsibilities, including Social Services. Develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with regulations, timeliness of report generation and functional work-flow that supports clerical operations.Performs accurate, complete and timely data entry.Processes physician phone orders, tracks physicians visits and produces reports that tracks resident's current status.Organizes quality assurance meeting and the family counsel meeting.Educates families and physicians about admission requirements to facility.
