About the Position
We're hiring an Office Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a busy, professional office setting. This is a very active, on-your-feet role-ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems in real time, and supporting a team behind the scenes.
You'll be a go-to resource for keeping the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently while ensuring employees and visitors have a positive experience.
What You'll Do
Keep common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day
Manage office and kitchen supplies, including tracking inventory and placing orders
Support meeting logistics, including room setup, catering coordination, and cleanup
Handle incoming packages, outgoing shipments, and daily mail distribution
Respond to internal requests and help resolve day-to-day office needs
Coordinate vendor visits, deliveries, and basic service requests
Perform minor upkeep tasks such as assembling furniture or mounting basic items
Assist with invoice tracking and general administrative support
Additional Support
Prepare workspaces for new hires and assist with office transitions
Help move and rearrange furniture as business needs change
Provide backup support at the front desk when needed
Assist with scheduling rooms and managing visitor access
Partner with internal teams to ensure operations run efficiently
Jump in on special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in office support, facilities, hospitality, or similar role preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (email, calendar, etc.)
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (parking provided)
