Company Overview
The Behavior Doc LLC is a Virginia-based applied behavior analysis firm that strives to provide innovative, evidence-based treatment to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. Our providers protect the individual rights, dignity and privacy of our clients and aim to increase prosocial behavior, promoting client independence and integration into their communities. We collectively strive to treat the whole child by strong collaboration and training with special educators and other service providers. 


Position Overview
The Behavior Doc is seeking a part-time (potential to be full-time for the right candidate) front office coordinator to check in clients, schedule therapy services, complete client and staff onboarding, assist with client recruitment, and oversee general clinic operations at our Charlottesville, Virginia clinic facility. The office coordinator will have access to a private desk and office space located at the entrance of the facility and will be able to greet all of our amazing clients and families as they arrive for scheduled therapy sessions. 
 
Hours: 7:00am – 12:00pm (part-time) or 4pm (full-time)
 
Key Responsibilities
·       Greet and check-in clients as they arrive and are picked up
·       Adjust and maintain the master therapy schedule
·       Generate leads for new clients and referrals
·       Communicate with families if there are scheduling conflicts/changes
·       Complete new staff and client onboarding tasks
·       Oversee building operations within the facility
·       Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:
·       High school diploma required (bachelor’s degree preferred) 
·       Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Applications
·       1-2 years of front office or customer service preferred
