Your Key Responsibilities

• Make changes and corrections to employee data in HR systems
• Assist in reporting for all office departments.
• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and financial reconciliations
• Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently
• Maintain office supplies and support various administrative projects

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of administrative tasks preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
