    Essential Criteria:

    • One to three years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, customer service, reception, hospitality, workplace services or a related role preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration, office administration, communications or a related field preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, standard office equipment and business systems required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide a professional, welcoming experience for visitors, team members, customers, vendors and other stakeholders through responsive service, accurate information and effective communication.
    • Coordinate daily office operations, including reception, phone coverage, mail and package distribution, office communications, administrative support and workplace resources.
    • Maintain supplies, equipment, meeting spaces, facilities requests and other resources to support a safe, organized and functional work environment.
    • Support team members and leaders with scheduling, information requests, customer visits and other operational needs.
    • Support location-specific operations, workplace initiatives and Kids Van operations, where applicable, through coordination, communication and service support.
    • Maintain accurate records, protect confidential information and recommend improvements to office operations, administrative processes and service delivery.
    • Perform additional responsibilities consistent with the position’s scope, organizational needs and the Team Member’s training, skills and demonstrated competencies.
