Now Hiring: Office Assistant / Guest Services (Onsite - Twin Cities Area)

I'm partnering with a well-established, family-owned organization in the building systems/engineering solutions space that is looking for a personable Office Assistant (Concierge/Guest Services) to support their front office operations.


About the Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls-playing a key role in shaping a positive first impression. This position blends traditional front desk responsibilities with light office support and hospitality-style café management.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Support

  • Answer and route incoming calls across multiple offices
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage deliveries, mail, and general office coordination
  • Support basic admin tasks like data entry, supply ordering, and email communication

Workplace Experience / Café Support

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming kitchen/café space
  • Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies
  • Keep coffee and refreshments fully stocked throughout the day
  • Support overall office hospitality experience

What They're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Role Details

  • Location: Fully onsite (Twin Cities metro)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $23-$27/hour (DOE)
  • Type: Contract role (approx. 3-5 months to cover a leave)
