At LG we believe in the power of collective wisdom through an inclusive work environment.Join us and become a part of a company that is shaping the future of technology.At LG we strive to make Life Good for Everyone.ResponsibilitiesManaging Office OperationsManage general office operations including overall facility management and general administrative supportManage and coordinate with building management vendors and service providers including contract processesManage office expenses and budget including but not limited to coding and processing relevant receivables and payablesManage office assetsinventories plan manage and procure office equipment and suppliesMonitor all office facilities including physical and technological systems furnishing arrangements demo room canteen etc. to ensure all remain in good and clean conditionManage office membership and its utilizationFollow safety and security policies and requirements for the officeAdministrative SupportCoordinate with and serve as the primary liaison between the DC office and the LG affiliate offices support functions including but not limited to LG Property Management Team IT Support Team Finance Team etc.Coordinate business travel accommodations ground transportation and itineraries for C-level visit from the headquartersCoordinate preparation and execution of internal and external meetings events presentations luncheons andor dinnersCoordinate with LG Group HR to ensure seamless execution of on-boarding and off-boarding processesCollaborate with multiple teams and departments between and among LG affiliates in support of various projectsSupport company projects functions as neededReceptionistGreet visitors in a courteous tactful and timely manner providing assistance coffee parking validation fob etc. guidance and directionProvide guest names to security as required and escort the guests up to the officeManage incoming outgoing call mail parcel and delivery servicesHelp manage conference room calendar schedule via Outlook and ensure all necessary information is provided for meetingsRepresent the company in a professional mannerQualifications3 years working in office management andor supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role with secondary office management responsibilities is a plusAbility to take initiative and work with limited directionWell-organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-taskDemonstrated ability to perform within corporate guidelines support corporate processes and make enhancements wherever applicableEffective written verbal and interpersonal skills at executive and project team levelsA familiarity with basic accountingFlexible availability out of office hours to handle prioritiesAbility to work with confidential informationStrong proficiency with standard software tools including MS Excel PowerPoint etc.Fluent in English and business level Korean to work with Korean colleaguesWillingness and ability to work onsite in the office on a full-time basisRecruiting Range75000-85000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time EmployeesNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical dental vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with several investmentoptions.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
