Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, maintain records, support staff and management, and help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scanning, copying)
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork and employee records
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Provide support to management and other departments as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous office administration or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and customer-service oriented attitude

Preferred Skills
  • Data entry experience
