    BSN Nursing Program Coordinator Description

    South College Knoxville is seeking a BSN Program Coordinator to join the Nursing Team! The BSN Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness of the program.

    This is a full-time position that reports to the Associate Dean of Nursing. The successful candidate will report on-site in Knoxville, TN. This position is not eligible for remote work.

    Responsibilities

    • Teach in his/her assigned area
    • Work with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, plans, implements
    • Carry out faculty training and development.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills and meet the required qualifications below:

    • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher
    • Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Tennessee or in one of the eNLC compact states.
    • Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
    • Preferred- Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
