    Job Summary

    Piedmont Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Primary Care practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This outpatient-based role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

    Job Highlights:

    • Full-time outpatient Primary Care position
    • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Provide wellness visits, sick visits, follow-up care, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages

    Required: Master''s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner

    Experience:

    Certifications:

    Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
