- Shift: 20 hours/day coverage, day shifts (collaborative neonatologist coverage)
- Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week (plus on-call)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified NNP (no FNP/PNP accepted)
- Experience: 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience)

What You’ll Do- Provide expert neonatal care within a 16-suite, Level III NICU, serving approximately 320 admissions annually
- Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
- Help manage and monitor critically ill newborns, facilitating treatments and interventions
- Assist in covering the newborn nursery, supporting maternal-newborn services
- Ensure documentation and compliance for all clinical activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need- Current, active NC State Nurse Practitioner license and certification in Neonatology (Board Certified NNP)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an NNP (excluding RN experience)
- Strong neonatal assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
