The Grants Manager is an exempt, full-time role reporting to the Chief Development Officer, based in Orange County.
They are responsible for managing private grants, foundation relationships, and corporate giving, including grant writing, reporting, and supporting public funding efforts.
The position oversees 1-2 staff members, ensuring timely grant submissions, maintaining relationships with funders, and coordinating with program and accounting teams.
Essential duties include managing grant schedules, reports, applications, and follow-ups; supervising grants staff; participating in networking and community events; and performing ad hoc projects.
Requirements include 2 years of non-profit grant experience, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
