Description
* Lead field operations on façade renovations and facility upgrade projects ranging from $500K-$1M
* Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and daily construction activities
* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and workflow
* Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders
* Support multiple project phases while adapting between night and future day-shift operations
Profile
* Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
* Experience supporting projects exceeding $10M preferred
* Hospitality, entertainment, or theme park project experience is highly desirable
* Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, flexible approach
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base plus benefits
