Description

The Superintendent will oversee industrial and TI/renovation projects in Orlando, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety compliance on-site.

Description

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of industrial and renovation construction sites.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.
