Commercial Superintendent - Orlando Ground-Up Construction

Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with project management teams
• Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor site meetings
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering commercial ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and construction sequencing
• Ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple stakeholders
• Stable tenure and excellent communication skills
