Rapid Medical is a commercial-stage neurovascular medical device company. Our technology is used in stroke and aneurysm procedures, and our clinical team works alongside interventional physicians in the procedure room.
The opportunity
We're hiring a Territory Manager to own and grow our North and South Carolina territory. This is a chance to carry a territory for a company that is genuinely moving the neurovascular field forward, on a strong, established team.
Location: This is a field-based role covering NC and SC. Preferred candidate location is Raleigh or Charlotte. You'll partner closely with your Regional Manager and clinical support to drive adoption across your accounts.
What you'll do
- Establish a daily cadence of presence in your accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke call, and training and education
- Own the territory's revenue, quota, and account strategy; drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
- Understand each account's needs and patient population, and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology
- Strategically introduce new products, services, and enhancements, and position our technology against competitors
- Provide in-servicing and clinical information in and around procedure rooms and surgical suites
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, and resolve issues that arise post-sale
- Deliver territory business plans and forecasts during Quarterly Business Reviews
- Analyze sales and market data to execute the most effective strategies to attain quota
- Monitor competition, maintain vendor credentialing, and keep detailed records of activity, case coverage, orders, and lost business
