Moving Truck Rental Sales Agent/ Office Assistant

Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services. Responsibilities include: Move and hook up rental trucks and trailers (up to 26 ft box truck).

Responsibilities include:

• Move and hook up rental trucks and trailers (up to 26 ft box truck)
• Assist customers inside and outside with our products & services
• Clean and inspect rental equipment on the lot
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• General office work such as answer phones, scanning, filing etc.
• Assist customers with releasing towed vehicles

• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Competent Computer skills

Experience:

• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a 26 ft box truck.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Schedule:

• 11 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
