This isn’t your average sales job — you’ll spend your day around bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides, helping fellow riders find their dream machines. Competitive, performance-based compensation with typical annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Hanging out with riders and helping them pick their next adventure machine
- Answering questions about bikes, specs, gear, and financing (basically, talking shop all day)
- Building long-term relationships with customers who share your passion
- Using our CRM tools to stay connected with leads and past buyers
- Negotiating deals and celebrating with customers when they roll out on their new ride
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales or dealership experience a plus (but not required)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to hustle
