Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX or Miami, FL.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our client's team in the skincare and dermatology sector. In this role, you will contribute to executing social media strategies, managing brand marketing operations, and supporting influencer marketing initiatives across a multi-brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Upload, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social channels using Sprout Social.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals across Brand, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day Brand Marketing operations across the Cetaphil portfolio.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Influencer Marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, social media, brand marketing, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in beauty, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CPG preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeva/Vault, DAM systems, Coupa, and Notion preferred.
