Position Overview:
  • Client Conferences help IT and business executives, and their teams achieve stronger performance on their organization's mission-critical priorities.
  • Hands-on Global Exhibitor Sales Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that amplify the Global Exhibiting Opportunities within Client conferences.
  • This position is responsible for supporting, developing, and managing email campaigns, sponsored content, LinkedIn, Google, and video initiatives for Global Exhibitor Sales Marketing.
  • The individual will craft compelling value propositions grounded in fact-based insights, leveraging this knowledge to develop positioning and messaging that empower exhibitor-facing channels and drive commercial conference exhibitor revenue goals.
  • Collaboration with sales, content, brand, conference attendee marketing, program management, and sales enablement teams is essential to develop innovative programs that increase conversion rates.
  • Support Client's Conferences Marketing team with sponsor-focused marketing campaigns, including email marketing, database marketing, lead generation, and ROI reporting.
  • Manage and track email and digital campaigns across Conferences, IOCS, Supply Chain, and Digital portfolios using channels such as LinkedIn and Google Display.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to generate and deliver qualified leads while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must have experience with email campaign execution, campaign analytics/reporting, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Canva (or similar design tools) is required; candidate will create and modify marketing assets using established templates.
  • Team-oriented professional needed for a 40-hour/week hybrid role requiring onsite attendance in Irving office once per week (Wednesday preferred).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, develop, and execute marketing messages and strategies that increase Client Conferences brand awareness and exhibiting opportunities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned on various platforms.
  • Oversee Global Exhibitor Sales microsite and individual marketing sites/exhibitor pages – ensuring keywords and messaging are relevant.
  • Evaluate/create video content for Sales, Email and Digital Campaigns
  • Perform and present data analysis of key metrics from various initiatives to identify, recommend and optimize multiple Digital, Email Marketing programs, including ROI analysis, benchmarking.
  • Perform content audits on digital/email campaigns – run A/B testing – determine what kind of content is missing/needs. Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on learnings.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the TOFU marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Work with brand, digital team, SEO, creative center of excellence, producers to create content.
  • Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement and Marketing to develop exhibitor positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer.
  • Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Understand and support our sales channels and develop TOFU internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Be a team player and support in person lead generation activities to enhance the prospect/sponsor experience; this would include managing logistics and ensuring onsite execution runs smoothly, only on an as needed basis.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in B2B product marketing and value message development to executive level audience
  • Experience in outbound / digital marketing and direct responsibility for delivering revenue through marketing and sales channels
  • Proven marketing leader and partner to sales and client-facing stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-channel marketing campaign creation, lead management, and pipeline conversion
  • Data-driven and analytical; experience with Google Analytics and PowerBI a plus
  • Great interpersonal, collaborative and oral/written communication skills
  • Experience with fundamental principles of design
  • SEO/SEM, web content creation and content management skills; experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
  • Left Brain + Right Brain by nature; understand customer insights, data and analysis and be able to use it to develop compelling messaging, copy and content

  • Intellectually Curious – Able to understand qualitative and quantitative research, the market landscape, new thought leadership and transpose the concepts into simple, engaging messages.
  • Synthesize competitive information on an ongoing basis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Strong communicator – Must have strong presentation and writing/editing skills.
  • Able to write in an engaging way.
  • Have content and strategy orientation to marketing.
  • Collaborative - Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; Ability to build relationships and work well with multiple partners across the Global Marketing Team and with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Self-starter – This individual must be adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, perceptive, and be able to respond appropriately to change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one time.
  • Detail-oriented – Pays attention to detail, self-QCs, makes a conscious effort to avoid mistakes and understand causes instead of just the effects. It shouldn't be something that you have to work at.
  • Analytical – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Project manager – Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Positive – Approaches work with a positive attitude; views challenges or setbacks as opportunities to learn, improve processes and strengthen working relationships
