    Duration: 05 months (with potential Extension/Conversion)

    Job Summary:
    • Client is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our CRM and lifecycle marketing operations.
    • This is a role focused on execution — building, scheduling, QA-ing, and reporting on email and push notification campaigns that reach millions of customers .
    What you'll do:
    • Build and schedule email campaigns end to end: template assembly, content population, QA, and deployment
    • Execute push notification campaigns with the same level of care and accuracy
    • QA all outgoing campaigns before send, catching errors in copy, links, segmentation, and timing
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate them into sends
    • Work directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot delivery issues, integration problems, and platform bugs
    • Build and maintain campaign performance reports

    Must haves:
    • At least one year of hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing platform
    • Exceptional attention to detail — this role requires getting it right every time, not most of the time
    • A methodical approach to QA; someone who follows a checklist, not their gut
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams

    Preferred qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as they apply to email templates
    • Experience with a major marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, or BrCliente
    • Familiarity with push notification tooling and mobile CRM

    Top 3 must-have hard skills:
    • Enterprise email platform experience — BrCliente preferred
    • Attention to detail / QA / issue identification and resolution
    • Ability to roll with the punches and embrace change/flexibility

    Nice to have skills:
    • Ecommerce experience, rotating catalog
    • Effective communication with engineering teams
    • Consumer marketing
