Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted and in good standing with at least one state bar
3-6 years of corporate law experience, including exposure to corporate governance, securities transactions, and/or mergers and acquisitions
Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Greater Baltimore area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, drafting, and client service abilities
