Job Description

Support trade processing and settlement activities to ensure timely and accurate completion. Perform daily reconciliations of accounts and transactions to resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide operational support for banking and financial services activities. Monitor and manage operational risks, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all financial transactions and processes. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all operational tasks. Provide support for reporting and analysis activities as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Middle Office Associate should have: 5+ years of investment management experience. Experience with trade processing and reconciliation activities in the financial services industry. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services. Proficiency in financial systems and tools commonly used in middle office operations.
