Overview:The Mid-Market HR Services Consultant is a dedicated HR Services seller who partners directly with MidMarket Sales Representatives to increase the attachment, adoption, and revenue of Paychex HR Services solutions. Acting as an extension of the sales team, this role combines consultative selling, HR subject matter expertise, and deal leadership to influence buying decisions, improve win rates, and drive HR Services growth. This role is not a generalist HCM seller. It is a specialized partner focused on positioning HR Services as a core component of the overall solution for Mid Market clients.
